摘要
The unsymmetric thermal distortion of output window of high power CO2 lasers and its cause, as well as the resonator misalignment, a consequence of this kind of distortion, were investigated both theoretically and experimentally in this paper. A preliminary theoretical explanation of the misalignment was given which reminds the importance of the realization of uniform cooling.
