Interactions of intense pulsed electron beams with solid dielectric

摘要：
In this paper, the interactions of intense pulsed electron beams with dielectric targets was studied by means of the method of impacting the solid samples with intense pulse electron beam. The cracks in the crystal and the dendrites of discharge in polymer were analyzed and discussed with fractal geometry, respectively. It has proved that the deposition of electron beam energy and electric charge leads to those phenomena.
