COAL LIQUIDS - COSTS AND TIMING.

The strategies used for the introduction of coal liquids will impact on both the costs and the timing. A very high capital investment and longer lead times may be required, but economies of scale and economics of specialization may be achieved. The project owner will select the strategy which is most suited to his needs. Because a large-scale plant is demonstrating the H-Coal Process and because very large liquid phase hydrogenation systems have already been commercialized, H-Coal projects can be undertaken quickly and with a high degree of confidence.
