摘要
Determination of excretion function of upper urinary tract is necessary for revealing the obstruction and for assessment of its degree. We used CFM and PW-Doppler for qualitative and quantitative assessment of ureter rejects in 40 healthy children. Rejects of both ureters, 2-4 from each in a minute, were visualized in all cases. 84% children have continuous Doppler flow wave and the others - interrupted wave at the beginning of reject. The curve has 3 peaks in 54% children, 2 peaks - in 21%, 1 peak - 25%. Maximal duration of reject was marked in 3-peak curve and maximal velocities (Vmax and Vmean) - in 1-peak curve. Pulsative index and presser gradient was significantly higher in cases of 3-peak curve. We also examined 80 children with obstructive uropathies and revealed decreasing of all quantitative values of reject on the side of obstruction. The examination after treatment showed comparative normalization of values.
