摘要：
A vibrational temperature exceeding the translational temperature by 1500°K was obtained at the output of a plasmatron with a porous interelectrode insert with strong injection of nitrogen. The results show that electric-arc plasmatrons with a porous interelectrode insert and intense injection of plasma-forming gas can be efficient sources of high-pressure, molecular, nonequilibrium plasma.
