摘要
A comparative study was carried out between the results of a mathematical simulation of flame temperature distribution and those measured in a test furnace. Based on the results of this comparison, the simulation was extended to predict an acceptable flame temperature distribution in an actual furnace that avoided damaging the internal furnace components. Following the simulation, a regenerative burner system was successfully applied to the reheat furnace of the integrated mill.
