摘要
A method based on Biryukov's equation for surface impedence was developed to measure the acoustic wave impedence of periodic structures. The impedence method that was developed was applied to a complex periodic system of elastic electrodes placed on a piezoelectric substrate. The result shows that the electrical admittance matrix elements were obtained , that related electrode currents with voltages. These elements were represented as ratios of dispersion equations, left hand corresponding to various electrode connection and this helped to calculate the frequency dependence of electrical admittance.
