摘要
The fracture probability of piezoelectric transformers was investigated through the measurement of vibration velocity. The piezoelectric transformer was driven under a heavy condition with a load resistance of 5 M Ω. The fracture probability when switching was repeated 40,000 times under each output condition was calculated. When the vibration velocity was 1.52 m/s, the fracture probability was over 1.0, and when the vibration velocity was 0.97 m/s, the fracture probability was 0.11.
