On the melting mechanism of gunning mixture particles moving along the axis of coal-oxygen flame

摘要
The temperature evolution of a gunning particle was theoretically studied by establishing a mathematical model, and by means of which, the influence of gunning distance and particle size on its melting was studied through numerical calculation to establish the relationship between the gunned particle's temperature and the axial distance it has travelled with its size as the parameter under the same coal/oxygen ratio. Our experimental results show that this temperature model is useful for reasonable choosing the combination of gunning distance and particle size.
