摘要
The mechanism of coal gasification in iron bath with coal-oxygen injection was studied theoretically and experimentally. It was found that the iron is oxidized firstly into FeO by blowing oxygen, and then the FeO disperses into the liquid iron in droplet form which is further reduced by dissolved carbon and the CO and H2 of gas bubbles formed mainly by the coal particles and their volatiles. Finally, the gas with CO and H2 as major constituents is generated.
