摘要
Constellation design is one of the key contents for the design of satellite communications system. It is related directly to the performance and the cost of system. This paper introduces the design scenario of simulation software for the constellation design of mobile satellite communications system, and introduces some of the software's related functions. This software has interfaces friendly and a lot of map operations. It is good for the constellation design, simulation and demo of mobile satellite communications system in military or in civil uses.
