This year, Mayr-Melnhof goes again on a shopping spree

With an annual production capacity of 1.3 million tons, the Mayr-Melnhof Karton group (Austria) is Europe's No. 1 supplier of paperboard and folding boxes. The group's annual revenue has reached 61.4 million Euros and exceeded the ambitious target amount of 58 million Euros. To strengthen its market position, Mayr-Melnhof invests some 50% of its cash flow in optimization of processes and products and implementation of newest technologies and systems. The group has initiated negotiations for new big acquisitions.
