Study on cold sealing process for anodic films on aluminum

摘要
A type of cold sealing solution composed of NaF, Ni(AC)24H2O, an suitable additive HAD1 and inhibitor HIN1 was developed for cold sealing process for anodic films on aluminum. The results of sealing quality of anodic films obtained with DC or AC pass the standard ISO3210 and the corrosion resistance of anodic films in HCl (4%) or NaCO3 (2%) were enhanced much more than those of aluminum treated by common methods.
