摘要：
In the past, decision model for energy system only provides usable tools to support decision making. It didn't probe the way to improve decision making process. The extended decision model for energy system, proposed in this paper, couples energy planning & evaluating system and energy expert system. It can play a part of an adviser and assistant in the decision making process of energy department.
