摘要：
Different ways to reduce risks associated with power projects are discussed. Steps associated with risk management includes identifying the risk associated with the projects; understanding the lender's risk capacity; formulating risk management strategies; and evaluating each case. The project contracts that must be completed before the due diligence review includes the Engineer/Procure/Construct (EPC) agreement; the fuel supply agreement and the power purchase agreements (PPA).
