摘要
The highly stabilized crystal oscillator is required as the source for the clock and carrier wave in the digital communication system, as well as in the traditional analog communication system. This paper investigates the effect of the current noise of the transistor in the crystal oscillator on the short-term frequency stability. By converting the current noise of the transistor equivalently to the change of the dc operating point, the change in the load capacitance of the oscillator circuit is evaluated.
