摘要
Stekenjokk, the Boliden company's new mine, is now producing copper-zinc ore at an annual rate of 400,000 metric tons. Production actually started from a small open pit during 1975 and first concentrate shipments were made from the mill in January 1976. Since then the underground mine has been brought into production and skips started hoistening ore to the mill in the latter part of the year. The article describes the operation.
