摘要
This article describes a thermal data acquisition and control system which consists of hardware in the form of a test facility and software in the form of a thermal testing and data processing program. It provides a cost-effective and time-efficient solution for compiling, processing and reporting thermocouple temperature data in the areas of thermal design and packaging.
