Evaluation and repair of war-damaged concrete structures in Beirut

摘要：
Reinforced concrete structures in war-damaged zones of Beirut exhibit local and global structural collapse due to bombs, explosions, and blast loading. Many buildings show minor to severe damage and some local destruction of structural elements due to fire. The effects of blasting on two predominant structural systems are analyzed. Repair procedures are described.
