摘要：
The computation of the electromagnetic field in a cross-section of an induction motor by the finite difference method is presented. This method takes into account the saturation of the iron, the real contours of the machine surfaces (toothing, etc. ) and the actual currents. The computations are made for the no-load, the full load and short-circuit situations.
