摘要
The author has created a simple model of a manufacturing shop and developed schedules based on several different scheduling philosophies; back scheduling with infinite capacity, back scheduling with infinite capacity and offset between operations, back scheduling with finite capacity, and back scheduling with finite capacity and overlap between operations. Advantages and disadvantages are discussed for each algorithm.
