摘要
This book includes 23 papers and the reports of four workshops. The papers and discussions are included in the first four sections of the book, and the workshop reports in the remaining section. The papers are grouped as follows in each of the four sections: I. General: Sources and Effects of Electric and Magnetic Fields on Biological Systems. II. Special Topics: Sources and Effects of Electric and Magnetic Fields on Biological Systems (A) Project Sanguine, (B) Communications in Biological Systems, (C) Experimental Techniques. III. Electrical Stimulation and Therapy. IV. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Applications. The workshop topics are (1) Magnetic-electric fields and environment; (2) Sources and safe levels of electric and magnetic fields; (3) Biological effects of electric currents: electrical stimulation and therapy; (4) Magnetics and nuclear magnetic resonance. The 23 papers are indexed separately.
