摘要：
The results of experiments on the use of a vapor-air oxidizer for the removal of nickel from crude copper are presented. It is shown that, by using a gas mixture containing 60-80% water vapor, it is possible to remove up to 0. 25% of the nickel. The limiting stages of the oxidation process in the bulk of the melt and on its surface are ascertained.
