Continuing the search for new adamantine compounds and alloys, the InAs-ZnGeAs//2-CuInS//2-Cu//2GeSe//3 was investigated. This is the adamantine part of the Cu-Zn-In-Ge-As-Se system which satisfies the four electron per atom rule. Ingots were carefully prepared for sixteen compositions chosen in the phase diagram. Starting from InAs as a very large volume of zinc blende structure solid solution was found. In fact the whole region is thought to be adamantine with two phase regions separating the different adamantine structures listed in the title. No new compounds or ordered phases were detected.
