摘要
General design procedure for high pressure equipment for operation above 14. 8 kb are presented based on the deformation and fatigue behavior of cylindrical vessels. The guidelines given indicate the parameters which control fatigue failures in such vessels. Finally, test results on several complex vessels are presented which show the extent to which vessel performance is improved and the degree to which this improvement depends on the materials used.
