摘要：
The reasons for the development of high-strength cold working steels are reviewed. The possibility of increasing the strength of these steels is considered with allowance for the forming and welding properties. A study is made of the use of alloying elements to achieve solid solution hardening, grain refinement and precipitation hardening. A description is given of the newest development in the field of high-strength cold working steels - namely, the development of steels with dual-phase structure.
