摘要
As in many branches of the economy, the clear trend in the chemical sector is towards tailor-made application/solution software for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Such software covers primarily common commercial processes typical for the sector and takes into account the latest technologies. The contribution elucidates the user-benefits of modern branch-specific ERP systems which can now also be used as application and technology platforms for the Internet.
