This is a survey of factors which should be taken into account when producing high performance adhesive bonded sstructures. The following subject headings are discussed - design consideration; material selection and qualification; material control requirements; process parameters; process control requirements; qualification and final inspection; and training of personnel. Development of nondestructive test and its applications during production. Evaluation of deficient product.
