摘要
The authors have given a mathematical analysis of crystallogeometrical aspects of the grain boundary (GB) structure recovery, i. e. of the absorption of trapped lattice dislocations (TLD). The results obtained in the present note show that the non-equilibrium state of the GB structure may be stable (quasistable) if TLDs are localized and unstable if the separation of TLD dissociation products has begun and the necessary potential barrier has been overcome.
