摘要
The remelt hardening of graphitic cast iron using beams serves to produce surface layers of greater hardness and resistance to wear. The influence of the process parameters on the track geometry will be examined as well as the formation of the microstructure and eventual flaws (e g cavities, cracks). It was possible to demonstrate that, on the surface of highly stressed components, finely dispersed ledeburitic quenched structures can be achieved by laser beam remelt hardening of graphitic cast iron.
