摘要
Data on heat transfer coefficients and critical heat fluxes in boiling of liquids on a heating surface covered by a wick which does not adhere tightly to the walls are presented. It is shown that the contact imperfections significantly enhance the heat transfer coefficients at low heat flux densities.
