摘要
The problem of buoyantly driven rotating convection is of fundamental interest in connection with motion inside the Earth's fluid core. This article considers Russe's annulus as a model of thermal convection inside the Earth's liquid core. In particular by using this model, the influence of surface topography on rotating convection is examined.
