摘要
It is shown that in ultrasonic welding of soft plastics, the zone of maximum temperatures may not coincide with the interface of the materials being welded. Once the critical temperature is reached, the intensive heating of plastics in ultrasonic welding proceeds in the same way as in any form of cyclic deformation.
