Power balance between electrical motors of the double pulleys belt conveyor

摘要：
Under conditions of invariable output torque, the formula of power unbalance degree was deduced. The formula is specified by the primary factors such as the belt elastic extension and the deviation relative magnitude of the pulley's diameters and the mechanical characteristics of the motor. The reasons of the power unbalance and the rules of the primary factors influencing on the power balance between motors were analyzed. In the situation of multi-pulley drive, the steel cord belt is better and the first pulley's diameter should be greater than the second pulley's lightly.
