Holmen has announced plans to invest SEK 295 million on an upgrade of paper machine (PM) 12 at its Hallsta mill in Hallstavik, Sweden. The aim of the modernization is to improve the runnability and printability of the PM's standard newsprint output, as well as the paper's color reproduction properties. The program is due to completion by May 2001.
