Enzyme could protect sugar beet from fungus

摘要：
The research work done to protect the sugar beet plants from fungicide-resistant strains of cercospora beticola was discussed. A laccase enzyme was found that can break down the toxin the fungus produces that damage the sugar beet plant. The greenhouse tests of this enzyme was also discussed.
