摘要
Based on the analysis of wear appearance of high pressure grinding rolls, the worn mechanism of the working rolls was studied and the relative anti-wear ability of materials was tested in the condition of rolling granite ore. It is pointed that there exist two worn districts with different wear characteristics in the working rolls. For common anti-wear materials, the worn forms are generally micro-cutting, micro-ploughing up and scaling off by grinding fatigue when grinding with difficult-to-grinding ores such as SiO2. Laying carbide alloy pillars on the surface of the working roll will be a good way to improve roll working life.
