摘要
On the basis of the propagation law of partially coherent light, the integrated intensity of a Gaussian Schell-model (GSM) beam for different-Fresnel-number focusing systems is studied in detail. The contour lines of the constant integrated intensity are given, which are dependent on the coherence of incident light and the system parameters, such as the Fresnel number and truncation parameter.
