摘要
A variety of advanced coal-fired gas turbine systems have been proposed for use in combined cycles for stationary power generation. The commercial acceptability of these power systems will depend upon the efficiency and reliability of the principal individual components. Strict requirements will be placed on the flow characteristics at the turbine inlet. A program is underway of assessment and bench scale development of diagnostic techniques for the measurement of the properties of the high-temperature, multi-phase, turbulent flows which pertain to the working gas stream in such systems. This paper summarizes the preliminary assessment of the diagnostics and instrumentation requirements for these coal-fired gas turbine systems.
