摘要
Orientation control of vanadylphthalocyanine (VOPc) thin films deposited on Au (111) substrate and Au substrate deposited on a microslide glass was studied with Vis/UV spectra, XRD profiles, XPS spectra and AFM images. Some of the VOPc molecules deposited on the Au substrate evaporated on the microslide glass epitaxially grow with the increase of substrate temperature during evaporating and it preheated before evaporating but others are inclined on the substrate. On the other hand, the VOPc thin film deposited on Au (111) substrate epitaxially grow with the increase of substrate temperature and it preheated. These are explained in terms of VOPc molecular diffusion on the substrate, the interaction between VOPc molecule and Au (111) substrate surface and the image force between the V-O dipole and Au (111) substrate surface.
