摘要：
A number of theories are known for the computation of thermal conductivity. Starting from samples of quartz-containing materials, silica and corundum with varying porosity, measurements were carried out which were then compared to computations based on various theoretical models. The theory developed by Ondracek proved to be the only applicable one in case of lightweight foamed refractories. The paper discusses this fact, taking into account the influence of radiation.
