摘要：
The design criteria and the implementation of a microprocessor system in a chemical process automation are reported. The system configuration, based upon a suitable microprocessor, is presented and hardware/software trade-offs are discussed. Particular attention is paid to interfacing and flexibility problems so that the proposed structure can be used in different process controls. The performance of the proposed control system is evaluated.
