摘要
Multilayer insulation can be indispensable for cryogenic containers in order to keep the evaporation loss of liquefied gas at the minimum. This insulation, however, requires great care in application to develop their best performances and is difficult to fit around complicated shapes without increasing heat flow. The structure and performance of a new type multilayer insulation formed into a seat-cushion shape that solves this problem are described.
