摘要
The size of powder has direct effect on the material sensitivity. In order to prevent ultrafine particles of Fe2O3 from growing larger during sintering process, alkaline earth metal ions were doped into a pure Fe2O3 system to the extent of 5 mol%. XRD and TEM were employed to investigate their stabilization. As a result, it is found that the electrical conductance of the Fe2.O3 system is changed. A model is proposed to interpret this change and a satisfactory explanation is obtained. The curve of conductance-temperature also verifies the reasonableness of the method.
