摘要
The potassium-titanyl-phosphate (PTP) KTiOPO4 monocrystals are new promissing material for nonlinear optical conversions and possess not only high nonlinearity coefficients but also high permissible light flux densities up to 900 MW/cm2. The results of studies into pyroelectric properties of PTP monocrystals and their relations with dielectric properties are given. It is shown that PTP has ferroelectric second-class phase transition in the vicinity of 1210 K.
