The simulation of the mechanical systems dynamics, as a rule, implies obtaining and solving differential equations, describing the system's motion. In this article, an approach to studying the mechanical systems dynamics is considered, based on the combination of the advantages of numerical and character methods, as well as the service means, developed for IBM-compatible personal computers. This approach is applied in order to obtain and solve systems of differential equations by the operator method with the use of direct and inverse Laplace transform. The software, developed by the authors, has been applied to the investigation of the 'human body -vibration-proof seat' biomechanical system.
