The poor indoor air quality (IAQ) of U.S. schools became a real concern for students, parents, and educators across the country. As such, the number of IAQ-related lawsuits and compensation claims has steadily increased over the years. This paper discusses why the problem exists and gives some possible solutions to prevent it.
