摘要
The effects of impact load, temperature, combustion atmosphere, etc. on the friction-wear properties of valve-valve seat pairs were investigated by using dynamic wear simulation test and microanalysis technique of surface. The results are: a. in case of no exhaust gas, the wear process consists of running-in wear, constant wear and severe wear; b. the wear loss increases with the increase of load, especially when it exceeds 1200N; c. the wear loss increases with temperature rising, especially when it exceeds 650°C; d. under high temperature and combustion atmosphere, the wear becomes more severe; e. improving the mechanical property, anticreep and anti-corrosion abilities of surface layer under high temperature is the key measure to improve the antiwear property of valve-valve seat pairs.
