摘要
Semiconductor-based optoelectronic devices now exhibit greatly extended capabilities. Performance improvements in discrete light-emitting diodes are showing designers the way to more attractive and versatile products. Discrete LEDs, with their wide-ranging colors, higher light outputs and diversified packaging, allow manufacturers to offer designers an impressive array of numeric/alphanumeric displays, bar graphs and higher performance optocouplers.
