Approximate analytic expressions for field dependence of surface impedance of high-Tc superconducting thin film in low- and intermediate-field region

摘要
An approximate analytic expression is proposed for field dependence of surface impedance in the low- and intermediate-field region for planar microwave resonators. The expression is based on the resistively shunted Josephson model and modified couple-grain model. It can be of help in understanding the nonlinearity of surface impedance and computer-aided design of superconductive microwave circuits. The expression agrees with measurements quantitatively.
